About the Program
The Emerging Brands Program team aims to create a highly effective platform for driven entrepreneurs in India to establish and grow their consumer direct brands. Our goal is to provide a selection of high-quality alternatives to established brands, at the best prices possible for Amazon’s customers. To achieve this, we offer a suite of marketing services and self-service tools that cover the entire lifecycle of a brand, including Discovery, Consumer Insights, Selection, Pricing, Fulfillment, and Brand Protection Privileges.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Development Associate to provide strategic solutions to Launchpad program sellers. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, comfortable with technology systems, and capable of analyzing data to draw actionable conclusions. As the position operates in a rapidly changing environment, adaptability and the ability to handle ambiguous and challenging situations are essential. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable executing repeatable processes once standard operating procedures are established.
Who will be a Successful Candidate
- The successful candidate will have a service-oriented mindset and previous experience in a client-facing role.
- They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, possess strong influencing skills with external stakeholders, and have a good understanding of the Amazon Seller ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will also be eager to explore new processes and opportunities to create scalable solutions for seller challenges.

Role And Responsibilities
- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Launchpad and articulate its features and benefits to brands and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver brand facing solutions to solve for critical business challenges for our sellers
- Own the brands growth and success within the program and continuously engage with sellers and internal teams to ideate on new solutions for seller success
- Analyze data with rigour and detail orientation, to identify and solve problems for brands on the program.
- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training. Focus on brand development and exceeding sales goals of our brands
- Discovery of strategic business opportunities for our brands through cross function collaboration with category teams, sales teams etc.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce/internet industry
