Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Gain an understanding of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, query resolution, rewards and recognition, and exit processes
- Assist with new joiner welcome activities and HR connect initiatives
- Perform database management activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide status reports on key HR activities
- Conduct research on market trends to support the development of new HR initiatives, such as internal career development frameworks and differently-abled hiring and integration
- Assist with training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Proficiency in G Suite tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work from the Airbus Bangalore office premises
