We are seeking a Seller Acquisition Specialist to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.

About The Team:

GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that empowers sellers to reach end customers through resellers across a vast network. We are expanding rapidly, targeting growth of 50x in the next three years. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of e-commerce in India and be part of a rocketship journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Product and Service Understanding: Master the knowledge of GlowRoad’s products and services, and effectively communicate their functions and benefits to external audiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of existing key sellers, utilizing appropriate metrics to manage their performance effectively.
  • Seller Acquisition: Identify and acquire valuable selection of sellers, establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, finance, catalog, logistics, and product management, to achieve common program goals.
  • Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving seller launch, selection, and seller success targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential escalations, investigate issues deeply, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • Market Research: Define and identify potential sellers and industry verticals targeted for various services using industry knowledge.
  • Seller Integration: Own and manage the integration of a portfolio of sellers, providing them with basic training to become self-reliant.
  • Ownership and Results: Act like an owner, maintaining a focus on delivering results with high standards.

Eligibility:

  • Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of sales experience
