1. Program Head – Micro Entrepreneurship Program

What You Must Have:
- Post-graduation or equivalent qualification, with a preference for rural development, entrepreneurship, social sciences, or management.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in managing micro-entrepreneurship or women-entrepreneurship development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Program implementation across five states.
- Proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and corrective action.
- Governance arrangement definition.
- Budget management and progress reporting.
- Effective coordination among Project Heads and staff.
- Research and innovation for program effectiveness.
- Contribution to resource mobilization and organizational growth.
2. Head, Consulting Services
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
What You Must Have:
- Master’s Degree or Certification in consulting or related domains.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience in women-centric programs, capacity building, rural development, or livelihoods.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake short-term or long-term projects addressing various issues.
- Conduct analysis, formulate plans, and provide training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects.
- Stay updated on advancements in digital technologies impacting financial services accessibility.
3. Graphic Designer
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Motion Graphics Animator.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other animation tools.
- Collaboration in a team environment and effective communication.
- Attention to detail, time management, and handling multiple projects.
- Creation of visually stunning animations and graphic elements.
- Integration of sound design and visual effects for enhanced quality.
