About the role:

The L&D intern will primarily focus on LMS Administration, which will include uploading and organizing training materials on LMS, assigning courses, and tracking completion. Additionally, the intern will contribute to Talent Management (TM) and Learning projects, actively participating in driving training programs. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in L&D, develop organizational skills, and contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic work environment. Please note that the responsibilities outlined may be adjusted based on the evolving needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration (60%):
  • System Support: Provide operational support for the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Content Management: Upload and organize training materials within the LMS platform.
  • Supporting administration of learning journeys: Assign courses to relevant individuals based on organizational requirements. Monitor and track the completion of assigned courses, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to training completion, making them available for stakeholders.
  • Learning Dashboard: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a learning dashboard, enhancing visibility into training progress and outcomes.
  • Support in Talent Management (TM) / Learning Projects (40%):
  • Training Programs: Collaborate on the planning and drive the execution of various training programs across business units
  • Actively participate in Talent Management and Learning projects, contributing to project outcomes

Experience and Qualifications

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Master’s degree in human resource management or related field
  • Duration of internship – 6 months
