Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Customer Service and Account Management Experience: Experience in providing top-notch customer service and managing accounts effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a single point of contact, building strong and lasting relationships with clients while maintaining regular communication.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and flawless campaign execution.
  • Excellent Time Management: Proficient in handling multiple clients and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Brand Knowledge: Stay updated on clients’ businesses by conducting continuous research and analyzing brand and competitor trends.
  • End-to-End Campaign Development: Capable of managing campaigns from conception to execution, including project and timeline management.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strategic and Creative Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning and creative development.
  • Reporting Skills: Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for providing comprehensive campaign reports to clients.
  • Strong Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess a strong analytical mindset to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Digital Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends.

Experience Level:

  • Candidates with 0.6 to 2 years of account management experience are preferred.
