Key responsibilities:

• Manage the Director’s schedule, schedule meetings, organize travel, and other arrangements.
• Assist and manage the director’s desk; line of reporting – Founder/Director 
• Participate in strategic planning along with the Director to enhance Foundation’s objectives and goals. (Basically – Research, Business Communication & Development, Coordination)
• Support the Director in ideation, and developing a vision relevant to the organization’s needs.
• Conduct research on Director’s instructions (analyzing pre-existing information from various sources for reference for future projects to check viability and practicality).
• Assist the Director in creating pitch decks, creative ideas, and feedback.
• Support the Operations team in execution (accumulate ideas from the Director, design a road map and plan of action based on instructions from the Director, and communicate with the operations team).
• Act as a point of contact between the Director, departments, and other stakeholders. He/she is responsible for managing emails, drafting letters, and communicating on behalf of the Director.
• Understand meeting, workshop, and presentation agendas in line with the Director’s vision, do relevant research and preparations, and compile documents for background information from the operations team for smooth execution.
• Manage Projects on behalf of the Director and ensure that they are completed within a time frame and budget.
