About the Opportunity:
- Position: Public Relations Officer (Fixed Term Basis – E-3 Grade)
- Number of Posts: 2
- Essential Qualification: Graduate with 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PR/Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognized Indian University or Institute with not less than 60% marks.
- Post Qualification Experience: 1 year in Executive/Officer cadre in relevant field.
- Age Limit: Max. 32 years as of 18.08.2023.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and printing publications and publicity materials.
- Managing official social media handles.
- Managing in-house journals.
- Participating in exhibitions.
- Producing documentary films.
- Handling media liaison.
- Planning and executing campaigns and events.
- Managing press releases and advertisements.
- Handling VIP requests and short video production.
- Compliance with ISO requirements.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria.
- Personal Interview: Unreserved (UR)/EWS – 50%, OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen – 30%.
- Weightage: 100% for personal interview.
Compensation:
- Fixed consolidated honorarium: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Additional allowances, PF, gratuity, and medical benefits as per company norms.
