About:
The merger of the consumer products business of Tata Chemicals with Tata Global Beverages Limited (TGBL) was aimed at spearheading our ambition to become a leading FMCG player.
Today TGBL, renamed to Tata Consumer Products, is home to well-loved brands – Tata Tea, Tetley, Tata Salt, Eight O’Clock Coffee, Himalayan Water and emerging brands like Tata Sampann, Tata Soulfull, Tata Gluco Plus and Tata Water Plus.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage implementation of Employee Wellbeing Programs
- Assist in execution of D&I, Recognition, and Engagement plans
- Manage the redemptions for functional programs and Service Anniversaries (India Only)
- Implement on-going communication campaigns for the entire spectrum of work including writing stories, designing content, and day to day coordination with external agency as well as communication team
- Create reports for tracking effectiveness
- Responsible for creation of engagement, recognition and wellbeing reports, and day to day MIS
- Partner with the Communications Team to create relevant people-linked content
Requirements:
- Qualification – MBA HR
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
