Education Criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Will need to match US Hours – Night Shift.
Roles to hire:-
- HRO – US Sourcing Specialist- Overall work experience of 2+ years with experience in US Sourcing administrative activities function for an organization.
- HRO – US Onboarding Specialist- Overall work experience of 2+ years with experience in US Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization.
- Talent Acquisition – HRO – University Recruiting- Overall work experience of 2+ years with experience in supporting US Recruitment & Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization. Someone who has supported and worked for University Hiring, Intern Hiring.
Mandatory Documents to carry:

- Government ID Proof
- 1 Passport size photo
- Double Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate – Hard/Soft Copy
- Must wear mask.

- 2nd Step: Click to login
- Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
- 4th Step: Select “BPO/BPS” in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2023XXXXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number & Password on your personal e-mail ID.
