Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging job descriptions for diverse roles with the HR team.
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless hiring process following company policies and standards.

Requirements:
