Position Overview:
As a summer intern at Opportunity Cell, you will be responsible for supporting various projects and programs aimed at facilitating educational and career opportunities for individuals. You will collaborate closely with team members, participate in research and analysis, assist in planning and implementing initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This internship will give you exposure to various aspects of non-profit work, social impact projects, and community engagement.

- You do not wait for instructions and guidelines but believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things.
- Are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths. You have strong communication skills.
- You can quickly adapt to the changing environment and are quick to pick up new skills if required to get the job done.
Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and implementation activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct research on educational and career development opportunities, including scholarships, internships, workshops, and training programs.
- Assist in the creation and editing of content for program materials, including website updates, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Help organize and facilitate workshops, events, and informational sessions for individuals seeking educational and career guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
- Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services
- Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
Location:
- Remote / Work from Home
- Work from Office- Bhubaneswar will be preferred.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field (e.g., education, social sciences, business, etc.).
- Strong passion for education, community development, and social impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in conducting research and gathering information from various sources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website management is a plus.
- Prior experience in non-profit organizations or community service is desirable but not mandatory.
Duration:
- This is a full-time summer internship position with a duration of 4 to 8 Weeks.
- The exact start and end dates will be mutually agreed upon.
