Unilever, the producer of world-leading brands including Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Axe, Hellmann’s and Omo, alongside trusted local names and innovative-forward thinking brands is looking to hire a ‘Strategy & Digital Transformation Executive’ based in Mumbai HO.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Business Strategy: Conducting thorough market research, creating strategies & plans to executive them in collaboration with senior management to develop and implement them further that align with the BWPC’s overall objectives and growth agenda.
- Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Digital Transformation: Assist the team in spearheading the digital transformation strategy for our Beauty and Personal Care brands, democratizing learnings on influencer marketing, performance marketing, etc across brands, identifying opportunities to leverage technology and data-driven solutions for enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency. Develop and execute strategies to drive e-commerce growth, including channel expansion, digital marketing initiatives, and optimizing online sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as brand building, brand development, media, and consumer research to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and overall business strategies.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of digital initiatives and strategic projects. Regularly analyze data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills
- Master’s degree in marketing or business Administration OR Equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Strategy & Digital roles.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Monitors progress & takes action.
