Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated State Project Manager to play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing CSR projects at the district level, collaborating closely with our dedicated field team. As the State Project Manager, you will work in alignment with the Head of CSR to achieve our corporate CSR objectives effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful implementation of CSR projects within the Dairy cluster at the grassroots level.
  • Oversee field surveys, mobilization meetings, training sessions, and awareness programs, delivering tangible results.
  • Engage with various Dairy Farmers and Micro Enterprises, enrolling them in various project programs and activities.
  • Establish crucial linkages and explore new markets for our micro enterprises through both desk research and field-level explorations.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders in the local area, including Government Officials, PRI representatives (Sarpanch, Pradhan), BDOs, District and State offices, private companies, etc., to involve them in our programs.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  • Post Graduate/MSW/MBA (Marketing) from a reputable educational institute, preferably in social sciences, development studies, social work, rural development/management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing development projects, specifically CSR projects, either within an NGO or in a corporate setting, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • This role involves approximately 70% travel and close coordination with the ground team and various stakeholders.
  • A dynamic and high-energy individual capable of motivating the team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS-Excel, and report writing.
  • Knowledge of the Dairy value chain and product marketing is an added advantage.
  • Result-oriented with a strong determination to overcome obstacles.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to rural areas and possess a personal bike.
  • Experience in livelihoods and entrepreneurship, particularly in sectors like Dairy or other small micro-enterprises, is advantageous.

Remuneration:

  • The remuneration range for this position is from INR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s profile.
