Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning and implementation. Your duties include:

  • Assisting in formulating project work plans
  • Reviewing project documents for compliance
  • Compiling and presenting project-related information
  • Contributing to gender analysis and mainstreaming
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for project activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitoring project budget and financial resources
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and advocacy efforts

  • Overall Reporting To: Chief Advisor, SDG Acceleration Unit, NOD

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Certificate
  • Experience: 2 years (with Bachelor’s Degree) or 5 years (with High School Certificate) of administrative or project experience
  • Desired Skills: Experience in government/donor-funded projects, research, policy-level analysis, coordination, drafting project proposals, computer skills, knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools, project management, procurement procedures

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.

Remuneration:

  • Starting at INR 7,10,978 (Annual) / INR 5,92,48 (Monthly) based on qualifications and experience, excluding a 8.33% pension amount paid over and above the salary.
