Job Description:
- Implementation and management of payroll giving – coordination with multiple stakeholders (employees, business units, NGOs, internal support teams)
- Document and help monitor existing projects
- Support with evaluation of new projects – proposals and organisational review
- Volunteer management – handling interest received, mapping, orientations, coordination, and data management (550+ volunteers signed up in one year)
- Assist with designing new volunteering initiatives, and adapting global programmes to the Indian context (5 programmes already in pipeline, more will come up through WEF)
- Organise and moderate virtual sessions for communities (220 sessions conducted in one year)
- Support with large scale CSR events (e.g.: Impact Day, Women’s Day)
Eligibility
- Completed Post-Graduation in any field.
- Experience in social sector will be preferred.
