We are looking for a content marketing professional to join the India marketing team. You will work on strategy & execution projects within the Studios marketing work-stream, with the opportunity to contribute to India’s podcast market development projects, marketing of Spotify original & exclusive title campaigns, and creator- & consumer-facing podcast education programs. Above all, your work will impact the way India experiences podcasts. This position is based in Mumbai and may require travel within India.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Interns:

  • Work closely with the Studios Marketing lead to developing local market plans
  • Develop local insights & adapt global success stories to the Indian context
  • Identify & develop high growth-high engagement audience cohorts & build strategies to acquire & engage these
  • Partner with market agencies to develop media & marketing plans for podcast projects
  • Plan execution on original & exclusive title marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with creators on developing innovative plans to market podcast titles

Skills and Eligibility:

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing, Journalism, or Media Studies
  • You have a deep understanding of internet culture, social media, presentation techniques
  • You are adept at writing creative briefs, developing content marketing plans, and collaborating with stakeholders across the value chain
  • You are keen on developing a unique & innovative POV on marketing audio entertainment in emerging markets around the world
  • You are passionate about enabling creator growth by reaching out to new audiences
  • You have strong execution capabilities with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Duration:
