Rootbridge operates with the single-minded aim to build itself as a mission-oriented organization, that delivers partner-friendly non- profit fundraising services.

As part of our overall retail fundraising ambition over the next 5 years, we are about to launch Face to Face fundraising, following up on our early day success in building a new hybrid retail channel. This team is visioned to grow and scale as one of the largest and dynamic Face to Face fundraising team in India, skilled and empowered with a thoughtfully developed modular training programme.

About the Role

The Social Impact Executive will the most valued and critical asset, in the overall operational structure of the company, The position holder will have a dynamic role of building citizenry and add representative value to a plethora of charities that the company shall provide service for. S/He will be accountable for- achieving overall planned individual business goals; surpass individual targets consistently; and strengthening and consistently demonstrating company values & culture; and continuously strive towards enabling our strategic vision around creating high impact Face to Face fundraising models.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leadership: demonstrate affinity and positive attitude in enabling a principle of collective efficacy in the group that one works with; proactively create greater business opportunities to acquire high quality individual donors.
  • Strategic: Develop and demonstrate a consistent shared understanding of primacy towards company- purpose (core values and culture) and thrust on Life Time Value (fundraising strategy) while performing fundraising duties.
  • Operational: Consistently surpass estimated individual- (a) weekly Fundraising Working (street) hours; (b) monthly Average Gift Size of individual donors; (c) monthly number of successful debits.
  • Development: Demonstrate affinity to adapt, change and innovate; strive for excelling around planned learning goals; within a time bound period grow into a larger retail fundraising role.
