Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and Excel? We are seeking a Data Analyst with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, strong data accuracy skills, and a desire to uncover meaningful insights from data. If you have proficiency in MS-Excel functions and are preferably skilled in VBA for MS-Excel, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and identify trends based on audit output, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Aggregation: Aggregate audit data based on findings efficiently using MS-Excel functions and, preferably, VBA.
- Statistical Understanding: Basic understanding of statistics and the ability to detect patterns in data is a plus.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of errors, collaborate with Support Engineers/Developers to fix them, and work on preventing their recurrence.
- Objective Feedback: Analyze data trends objectively and provide actionable feedback.
- Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, actively participating in knowledge sharing and mentoring new recruits.
- Deadline Commitment: Demonstrate a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering as expected.
- Independence and Prioritization: Work independently, prioritize tasks, and schedule work assignments based on deadlines.
- Hybrid Position: This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to work from the office location for 3 days a week.

Eligibility:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Proficiency in Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to write queries using SQL & Macros
