About the Project

  • Project Title: Project Management Unit (PMU) by Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) for effective Implementation and Monitoring of SANKALP Scheme in Bihar through deployment of Human Resources at State as well as at District levels.
  • Location: Bihar (Patna)
  • Designation: Manager- Program Implementation and Monitoring (Project Head)

Eligibility

  1. Key Qualification: B.Tech / B.E with Post graduation in Management/ MBA / PGD in Rural Management from reputed academic institution.
  2. Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum 7 years of overall experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing skill-based training program in a multi stakeholder eco-system.
  • Candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience with state skill mission or with Govt./State PSU/Central PSU on similar nature of program.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • To Coordinate with Line Departments/ District administration, other stakeholders to achieve core result areas of SANKALP.
  • Designing and development of a comprehensive framework (& template) for monitoring physical & financial progress.
  • Performing the role of a knowledge partner and provide Technical help in increasing skilling capacity and access to quality & market-relevant training for youth.
  • Coordination with Sector skill council/ National Skill Qualification Committee/ NCVET for development & approval of new (NSQF alignment) job roles.
  • Regularly following up with the various districts/departments to ensure that the Plans are followed and the targets of SANKALP are met.
  • Regular progress review, coordination with Bihar Skill Development Mission and updates to the Client.
  • Field visit/site as per Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) requirement.
  • Capacity building of district skill experts and other staff by organizing training programs & workshops.
  • Management of MOUs as per program guideline.
