About the Role
DataLabs is currently seeking an experienced Project Management professional to collaborate with senior leaders in our autonomous and intelligent data products initiatives.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Collaborating with team members to create detailed plans for new projects, including resource allocation and timelines.
- Coordinating with leaders and associates to track project progress, identify challenges, and find resolutions, while managing staffing and overall project outlook.
- Conducting internal meetings, providing transparency on progress, reviewing finances, and ensuring successful outcomes for all DataLabs projects.
- Summarizing overall progress on initiatives for the DataLabs Leadership Team and contributing to the organization’s planning and execution process.
- Identifying roadblocks, problematic patterns, and proposing improvements.
- Maintaining high-quality project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.
- Supporting business leaders in product marketing and branding initiatives.
- Assisting in the management of organization-wide Associate Development programs.
Desired skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Ability to provide or recommend solutions to problems and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, techniques, and skills, including prioritization and working under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of business and operational fundamentals.
- Strong computer skills, basic quantitative skills, and proficiency in relevant software programs.
