What we’re looking for

We work with Career Guidance Counselors across India & overseas to make Career Guidance accessible to students across the economic spectrum. To enable this iDC has one of the most intensive training programs in India.The program associate is responsible for the enrolment through sales, operations and management of training requirements for our community of counselors. Education: An MBA/Post Graduate ****with proven 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role


What Will You Do? 

  • Lead the operations of training interventions for one of the largest communities of Career Counselors in India
  • Execute continuous learning for Career Counselors through external webinars, monthly assignments & refresher training
  • Provide support to Counselors
  • Reach out to prospective clients and communicate over the phone or email 
  • Maintain data for all activities and coordinate with our instructional designer & Operations team on learning analytics and Training Needs Analysis
  • Manage and coordinate with the existing team for any operational support
  • Help the team in meetings targets and overall revenue 
  • Craft and send regular email content and newsletters to the databases
  • Timely and accurate analysis of the conversions and suggest areas for improvement

Key Competencies

  • Customer service expertise in a sales role (preferably in education and ed tech)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the assigned tasks and meet the desired milestones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Candidate experience and Profile

  • A Data-driven approach to work
  • Hands-on experience with operating CRM, MS office and drafting emails
  • Experience in client facing sales roles
  • Overall 1-2 years of experience (preferably in education/ed tech sales)


  • Rs.4-6 lakhs annual CTC (depending on the experience)
