What You’ll Be Doing
As a Product Marketing Intern at Rocketium, you’ll collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to craft compelling written content integral to the development of a chatbot. This internship offers hands-on experience in product writing, content creation, and chatbot-driven customer engagement.
- Product Descriptions: Craft clear and engaging product descriptions, emphasizing features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscapes, informing product writing strategies.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit product-related content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, and marketers—to align written content with overall marketing and product strategies.
- Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance content quality.
- Learning and Development: Stay updated on product writing and content marketing best practices, embracing new tools and techniques.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear and concise content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in research and synthesizing information from various sources.
- Basic understanding of product marketing principles and strategies.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
