6-Month Internship in HR Induction Team:
- Stipend: 15,000 – 18,000 INR
- Location: Gurgaon
- Job Role: On-site Work (6 days working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough Validation: Meticulously validate documents submitted by new hires.
- Documentation Formalities: Execute documentation processes for all incoming employees.
- Orientation: Orient new joiners with in-depth insights into Company Policies, History, Hierarchy, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and more.
- Query Resolution: Address queries of new joiners as needed, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Batch Handover: Provide batch handover report to respective Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Backend Handover: Facilitate successful onboarding completion by handing over files to the backend team.
- Welcome Circular: Collaborate with Employee Engagement Team to share welcome circular details.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred, especially for freshers.
- Work Commitment: Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.
- Personal Attributes: Possess agility, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across PAN India.
