Responsibilities:
- Support in managing the employee life cycle
- Helping the team in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process
- Create reports and analyze data on HR processes when needed
- Connecting with the employees on a regular basis and addressing any issues when needed
- Update internal databases with new employee data and help the team with complete data management
What you will bring:
- Knowledge of Human Resource Functions
- Good Knowledge of HR Operations Processes
- Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Spreadsheets, Documents, presentations, etc)
- Analytical mindset and learning approach
- Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines
- The focus on data quality, building efficiencies, stakeholder communication, and collaboration is paramount.
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
