About the Growth Marketing Team:

  • Elevating the platform’s growth by employing real-time targeting, creating comprehensive customer profiles, and using the most effective communication channels.
  • Promoting a growth mindset across Paytm’s diverse businesses, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented.

About the Role:

As a part of the Growth Marketing Team, your role involves:

  • Developing new business through lead generation via professional networks, websites, LinkedIn, and market visits.
  • Nurturing leads through the sales funnel, leading to successful closures and co-marketing efforts with brands.
  • Generating revenue through partnerships, both new and existing.
  • Working on strategies to increase brand awareness and other key parameters.
  • Collaborating with sales and operations teams to devise solutions for market challenges.
  • Traveling to different markets to gather insights and enhance consumer understanding.
  • Designing and executing marketing strategies based on identified issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Self-motivation and a track record of achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with ATL, BTL, digital media, social platforms, consumer research, engagement, and analytics.
  • An in-depth understanding of local markets and consumer behavior.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Analytical thinking to identify and solve business problems.
  • The ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the fintech payment industry (a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders.
  • Willingness to stretch and achieve overarching goals.

Education:

  • Graduate or pursuing post-graduation
