Role Description
- This is an on-site internship role for an Operations Intern located in Gurugram.
- The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, providing support to the sales and operations management team, and contributing to project management efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
- Interest in Sales and Operations Management
- Experience with Project Management or Willingness to Learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ensures deliverables are met
- Helps track KPIs
- Assist in hiring and training new employees
- Set up meetings and appointments
- Performs routine admin tasks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
