Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Founder’s Office (Generalist role) interested in building a company and assisting the founders with daily operations. This role involves managing and coordinating with different segments internally and clients. Collaboration is key, and we require a strong team player committed to perfection.
Responsibilities:
- This role is versatile and doesn’t come with a fixed set of responsibilities. As a Founder’s Office, you’ll need a ‘whatever-it-takes’ approach to assist the team in various business areas and support founders in client interactions.
- Assist the Founder in achieving objectives.
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
- Coordinate with tech, product, and marketing teams to launch new products, establish partnerships, and conduct market research. Track progress across multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Undertake special projects aligned with OpeninApp’s key priorities.
