About the Positions

1. Program Manager

  • Location: Vijayawada

Requirement

  • Postgraduate or equivalent in management or social sciences
  • Min 5 Years of experience in public education system management and reform
  • Experience of leading at least 3 large scale system level projects in public education

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organizational development strategies
  • Facilitate Leadership and capacity development workshops for schools leadership
  • Develop report on annual capacity building
  • Identify timelines, resources and prepare institutional transformation roadmap
  • Strengthen annual work plan and budgets processes
  • Build and sustain strong profession relationship with government and partner organizations

2. Program Leader

  • Location: Vijayawada

Requirement

  • Postgraduate or equivalent in management or social sciences
  • Min 3 years of experience in implementing school system strengthening initiatives
  • 2-year experience of designing and facilitating school leadership programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organizational development strategies
  • Facilitate Leadership and capacity development workshops for schools leadership
  • Develop report on annual capacity building
  • Identify timelines, resources and prepare institutional transformation roadmap
  • Strengthen annual work plan and budgets processes
  • Build and sustain strong profession relationship with government and partner organizations
