HCL Foundation was established in 2011 as the CSR arm of HCL Technologies. It is a not-for-profit organization, that strives to contribute towards national and international development goals, bringing about a lasting positive impact on the lives of people, through long-term sustainable programmes. The foundation aims to alleviate poverty and achieve inclusive growth and development.
Presently HCL Foundation is implementing five flagship programmes, namely HCL Samuday & HCL Grant – Rural Development programmes; HCL Uday & Clean Noida – Urban Development programmes; HCL Harit (The Green Initiative) – Environment Action programme and 4 special initiatives – Power of One, Sports for Change, HCL Foundation Academy and My E-Haat.

Job Positions
Position: Project Coordinator-Operations (PC OP)
- Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu
- Eligibility:
- Experience:5-7 years of relevant work experience in Project Management and operations design and execution roles.
- Education: Post-graduate (master’s degree) in the Social Sciences, MSW, Sociology or other relevant disciplines, engineering and management graduates with relevant skills can also apply.
Position: Programme Officer – Project Coordinator -Intervention Design (PC ID)
- Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu
- Eligibility:
- Experience:6-8 years of relevant work experience in designing integrated development projects and products.
- Education: Post-graduate (master’s degree) in the Social Sciences, MSW, Sociology or other relevant disciplines, engineering (preferred) and management graduates with relevant skills canalso apply.
Position: Project Coordinator –Partner Manager (PC PM)
- Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu
- Eligibility:
- Experience:With 3-4 years of experience in managing integrated development projects and products. Special preference will be given to candidates who have successfully handled stand-alone development projects in India, in collaboration with NGOs and the Government. Experience with CSR related projects will be an additional advantage.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management/Social Development or related field.
Position: Project Coordinator- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PC MEL)
- Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu
- Eligibility:
- Experience:Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Research Design and Impact Evaluation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
- Education: Postgraduate university degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, economics, or related field. Advanced certification in M&E, statistics or economics preferred.
Position: Accounts and Administrative Officer (AAO)
- Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu
- Eligibility:
- Experience:3+ years
- Education:High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

- Salary in commensurate with experience.
