About the Organisation:
Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation (BRLF) is an independent organization initiated by the Government of India (GOI) under the Societies Registration Act. The organization facilitates civil society action in partnership with the Central and State Governments, for transforming livelihoods and lives of rural households, with emphasis on women, particularly in the Central Indian Tribal Region.
Position: Cluster Coordinator
- Location: Kashipur Block, Rayagada, Odisha

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth implementation of project activities in the assigned cluster.
- Conduct regular meetings and community mobilization.
- Identify locations for implementing watershed programs.
- Supervise the work of Community Resource Persons (CRPs).
- Facilitate capacity-building training programs.
- Timely reporting and execution of all activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline with one to two years of work experience in social mobilization.
- Or, matriculate with a minimum of five years’ work experience in social mobilization and natural resource management.
Compensation:
- Up to INR 25000/- per month.

Watershed Expert

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed surveys and location mapping for watershed programs.
- Prepare design, plan, and estimation of various NRM/watershed structures.
- Supervise civil construction work and coordinate day-to-day work with vendors/contractors.
- Conduct village-level meetings and capacity-building programs.
- Budget management with weekly/monthly reporting.
Qualifications:
- Full-time B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ work experience for B.Tech candidates, or 4 years for Diploma candidates.
Compensation:
- Up to INR 50,000 per month.

Position: Consultant (Community Resource Person)

Responsibilities:
- Engage with the local community to create awareness on water conservation.
- Facilitate active participation of the local community in planning, implementing, and monitoring work.
- Mobilize community members for employment and work towards creating durable watershed assets.
- Conduct training and exposure visits for grassroots stakeholders.
- Set up systems and processes for the community to maintain physical structures.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Matriculate with a minimum of two years of work experience in social mobilization and natural resource management.
- Or, non-matriculate candidates trained and guided by reputed NGOs/Institutions with more than five years of work experience in SHG and natural resource management.
Compensation:
- INR 9000/- per month.
