- Openness to learning various operational aspects, including supply, community management, and data analysis.
- Communication with internal/external stakeholders, customers, and experts as required.
- Undertake short projects, such as community campaigns or challenges.
- Support leadership through tasks like coordination, scheduling, planning, and community outreach.
Requirement:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passionate about community engagement, with a talent for hosting events, webinars, and building positive relationships.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity or willingness to learn SQL.
