Legal Analyst is a position within Tata Communications, based in the Legal team and reporting to the Senior Manager- Legal.
The role will provide assistance to internal customers as part of LSG Team.

Role and Responsibilities of the Litigation Analyst
The Litigation and Commercial Analyst will be someone who is ready to work on roster basis to drive execution of high volume, low value contracts and related issues at the regional level in consultation with team leads and regional counsel in those jurisdiction.
- Support in development & implementation of appropriate litigation policies, review and negotiate high volume, low value agreements in consultation with the team leads;
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Monitor constant updating of internal systems in line with evolving regulatory requirements;
- Support the team lead in defining the direction of policies, agreements processes, standards or legal plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid to long term impact on business unit overall results;
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B with admission to the bar in at least one relevant jurisdiction
- Experience: Fresher to 5 years PQE gained in either private practice and/or in-house.
- Skills:
- Good time management and negotiation skills;
- Ready to Support team lead on implementation and control around Strategic initiatives of the legal function.
