Role Overview:

As the Learning Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in the content development, capacity building, and implementation support for a program aimed at building 21st-century skills and STEM mindsets among adolescent girls in government schools. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including teachers, headmasters, government officials, and the Quest internal implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development, Capacity Building, and Implementation Support:
  • Anchor content and capacity-building work plan, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Take responsibility for effective content creation, curation, and capacity building for internal teams, teachers, headmasters, and government officials.
  • Identify and design the learning journey of key stakeholders, facilitating relevant meetings or trainings as needed.
  • Drive experimentation and innovation strategies within the program.
  1. Relationship Management – Stakeholders (Internal and External):
  • Collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team, research team, and communications team for data capturing, understanding learner personas, and content dissemination.
  • Build capacities of team members to introduce curriculum to stakeholders and demonstrate content-related activities in schools.
  1. Reporting:
  • Participate in regular line management meetings and appraisal processes.
  • Work with the M&E team to develop monitoring and reporting systems aligned with the Strategic Framework and donor requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of all relevant monitoring reports and program data.
  • Document program processes and ensure sufficient case studies are available to showcase impact or progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in implementing school transformation approaches in the government school context.
  • Hands-on experience with gender, coding/computational skills, STEM, and life and career skills for school students.
  • Prior experience in content development, implementation, and teacher capacity building.
  • Relevant education qualifications for handling pedagogy, STEM, gender, and life skills content.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Ability to train, build capacity, and manage relationships with partner NGOs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams.
