Role: Associate Trainee – Program Management
As an Associate Trainee in Program Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journeys of our students. Your mission is to create an exceptional experience that guides them towards success. Here’s what you’ll do:
Program Management:
- Lead and execute various activities to ensure each student reaches their learning goals while enjoying a seamless and enriching experience.
- Be the go-to person for students, addressing their queries, and fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate online sessions, evaluations, and presentations, collaborating with stakeholders ranging from industry experts to senior managers.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized support using program trackers.
Process Optimization:
- Enhance student experience by optimizing processes and improving efficiency.
- Utilize tools and technology to automate workflows, ensuring smooth program delivery with minimal human intervention.
Must-Have Skills:
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Accountability for flawless day-to-day execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Empathy and Emotional Quotient for student engagement and query resolution.
- User-centric mindset, designing processes that prioritize student needs.
- Independent ownership and result-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving.

Compensation:
- Traineeship: INR 21,000/month for 4 months.
- Post-Traineeship: Salary of INR 4.5 LPA (90-10 split between fixed and variable).

Schedule:
- Work 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays working (comp-off during the week).
