About the Role:
As a Transfer Pricing Analyst at KPMG, you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Service Team (CST) in Transfer Pricing (TP) benchmarking analysis and the preparation of Transfer Pricing Memorandums. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in litigation matters, managing internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality CST work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and actively monitoring operational and people metrics. Additionally, you will work towards maintaining and improving Service Level Agreements (SLA) to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications:
Skills Required:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Commerce (M.Com)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
Experience Required:
- Analyst: 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Analyst: 3-5 years for non-CA professionals or 0-2 years for CA-qualified individuals
- Senior: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience for CA professionals or 4-6 years of experience for non-CA professionals
- Assistant Manager: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience for CA professionals and 7-9 years for non-CA professionals
