  • Managing Stakeholders: Oversee interactions and collaboration between the Recruitment Team and Offer Desk Team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • New Joiner Support: Extend assistance to new joiners from the point of offer release throughout their onboarding journey, both before and after joining.
  • Regular Connection: Maintain consistent communication with new joiners, offering guidance, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Relocation Assistance: Play a role in facilitating the relocation process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Day One Induction: Contribute to the successful execution of the day one induction process, helping new joiners feel welcomed and informed.
  • New Joiner Experience: Collaborate to enhance the overall experience of new employees, ensuring their integration is positive and impactful.
