Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Inc42, your role will be multifaceted and pivotal to our growth. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand our recruitment needs, utilize various channels for talent sourcing, engage with potential candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, you’ll assist in onboarding new hires, making sure their journey with Inc42 starts on the right note.

- Tech and Startup Enthusiasm: An inherent passion for technology and startups is essential as you’ll be scouting for talent in this dynamic industry.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including department heads and potential candidates.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and represent Inc42 positively.
- Structured Thinking: The ability to break down complex tasks into organized steps, enhancing recruitment process efficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: Capability to manage candidate data, track progress, and create reports using spreadsheet tools.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, database management, and internet research.
