About the Organisation
Teach For India is on a journey to reach an India free of poverty and filled with love by ending educational inequity in our country. Twelve years into our journey we are a movement of 3800 Alumni working at all levels of the education system, who are reaching 1 in 10 children across the country. These Alumni have graduated from our two-year Fellowship Program where they taught in under-resourced classrooms to put 32,000 low-income children on a different life path. Today, we have 970 Fellows and are the largest pipeline of driven, skilled talent into the educational ecosystem in India.
About the Job Position
- The TFIx Program and Entrepreneur Partner (Alumni Entrepreneurs) associate will directly work with the Program and Entrepreneur Partner (Alumni Entrepreneurs) Manager and TFIx Program Partners to continuously create a rich and effective ecosystem designed to enable Entrepreneurs to pursue their own journey as leaders.

- Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities
As a TFIx Program and Entrepreneur Partner (Alumni Entrepreneurs) Associate you will be
- Planning & Executing TFIx Events
- Ideate, plan and organize events for the incubation year towards the four goals of TFIx. (Example: TFIx Institute, Learning Circles, Design Webinars for Entrepreneurs and Teach For India city visits, TFIx Fellowship site visits and anything else needed).
- Co-create agenda for Learning circles with the Program Partners.
- Coordinate across teams for the planning and execution of the multiple events through the Incubation year.
- Establish processes for maintaining a repository for resources.
- Collecting and Analyzing data
- Collecting surveys at the beginning, mid and end of the year, feedback from Entrepreneurs, etc.
- Analyzing and presenting trends towards improvising the program
- Supporting in Executing Program and Entrepreneur Partner (Alumni Entrepreneurs) strategy
- Taking feedback from Entrepreneurs Partners and improvising the incubation year stronger
- Supporting their Manager in implementing Entrepreneur Partner (Alumni Entrepreneurs) strategies wherever needed.
Minimum Qualifications, Experiences and Expectations
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Two years of Teach For India Fellowship experience
- Experience of having planned and executed complex projects with multiple priorities in a college or work setting
- Experience of having collaborated effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
- Experiences of having taken initiative in the past
