Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) is looking for self-driven Programme Officers in its field locations in Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand to take charge of its programmatic tasks and bridge the distance between the management’s vision and the project deliverables. The profile involves high initiative and problem-solving aptitude for accelerating efficiency.
Work Profile
- Steer the team towards implementing an agreed-upon plan;
- Build linkages with the government and facilitate learning;
- Consolidate and reflect upon experiences to develop futuristic strategies;
- Organizing multi-stakeholder consultations.
- Extensive travel to field locations.
- Maintaining MIS and team building;
- Programme implementation;
- Organizing multi-stakeholder consultations.
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Canva (video editing skills are a bonus)
Personal Capacity
- Fluency in English, Hindi
- Willing to travel extensively and work under difficult circumstances
- Strong managerial skills, people-orientedness, ability to balance process, analytical mind and mathematical ability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in a rights-based organization
