As a Program Associate, you will be –

  • Supporting the Program Lead in overseeing the Whole School Transformation program.
  • Designing and developing programs and modules for teacher and community verticals.
  • Creating and implementing program impact metrics, and reviewing the progress being made on a quarterly basis.

Program Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Program team to develop & implement an integrated plan factoring key milestones such as reviews, internships etc.
  • Providing necessary programmatic support to program facilitators.
  • Designing programs for teacher cafes’ and integrated learning workshops.
  • Monitoring of the program periodically.
  • Regular liasoning with the school team, EDMC, and related stakeholders
  • Communicating program progress with the partners.
  • Working on monthly and quarterly updates to the program partners.
  • Organising and leading immersion opportunities for program facilitators with local organisations to deepen their understanding of the sector.
  • Strengthening the transferability of skills & competencies of the program facilitators.
  • Working on the research related to the program.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working with Civil society organisations preferably in the Education Space.
  • Experience of having planned and executed complex projects with multiple priorities in a work setting.
  • Experience of having collaborated effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
  • Experience of having taken initiatives in the past.
  • Previous experience in teaching/education would be preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building so as to foster networks and communities among individuals and groups.
  • Strong project planning, design and management skills.

Skills

  • Ability to see and think in systems while analyzing and solving problems.
  • Effective planning and time management skills.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Effective delegation, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English will be given preference.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.

Compensation

  • INR 35,000 p.m

Location

  • Based in East Delhi and willing to travel to other locations when required.
