Reap Benefit is in this endeavor of building and growing the solve Ninja Movement – “Solving for India, one street at a time, by activating everyday leaders called solve ninjas”We are on a mission to enable 1 million citizens to engage in civic & environmental problem solving in their local communities to reshape citizen participation & strengthen local self -governance by 2025.
Till now we have activated 50k + Solve Ninjas (around 80% of them continuing as citizen social intermediaries), who have taken 94k + civic actions, started 3143 campaigns, and built 552 civic innovations to address local civic and public issues across the country.

Job Description of the Fundraising Associate

This is a dynamic role for an energetic, entrepreneurial self-starter who is not afraid to take on big challenges. The Fundraising Associate will help strengthen Reap Benefit’s donor portfolio and build long term relationships with donors.

Acquiring new donors

  • Develop individual donor research and approach to take with each donor
  • Develop collateral and activities to engage new donors
  • Manage the relationship building process with each donor
  • Support in designing proposals
  • Support due diligence and contract signing process
  • Prepare reports on goal achievements for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and curate fundraising campaigns and events

Maintain donor relationships

  • Maintain donor relationships
  • Manage internal communication about donor reporting requirements
  • Prepare donor reports
  • Manage reporting cycles for donors
  • Manage donor visits and employee engagement activities
  • Support volunteer/intern management
  • Curate opportunities for donor engagement via social media

Eligibility

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience as an associate in fundraising aspects .
  • Support execute fundraising strategies for the organisation for the short term, medium-term and long-term through partnerships, HNI’s, domestic and international donors
  • Manage all aspects of essential documentation and periodic reporting as per donor requirements, donor visits to our work locations, etc.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct internal and external coordination
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
