About the Organisation
Universe Simplified Foundation (USF) is a Mumbai based non-profit working to make inquiry-driven, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education accessible to all.
Through their “Innovation Hub” program, USF sets up STEM-based learning hubs within schools and communities for addressing real-life challenges through science and technology. The program is implemented by STEM Fellows; local youth hired from the villages and trained by USF. For more details, please watch a short video here.
USF is looking for two highly motivated individuals to join their organization.
I. Admin & HR Manager
The HR & Admin Manager role is a highly critical role for the day to day functioning of the office. The person will be responsible to lead the HR function and execute all the administrative tasks. The Manager will help set an HR policy and plan and drive its execution. The person will manage the recruitment & selection process as well as contribute to team development and ensure a robust workplace culture. The Manager will support data management and financial reporting to the donors.
- Compensation: INR 3.6 lakhs – 4.5 lakhs per year
- Eligibility: A minimum relevant experience of at least 2-3 years is preferred.

II. Fundraising & Communications Associate
This position plays a very significant role in engaging the donors and managing the communications vertical for the organization. The person will be responsible for donor relationships and creating documents such as proposals, reports and presentations. This person will also be responsible for digital communication to showcase the vision,the work and its impact to the various stakeholders.
- Compensation: INR 3.6 lakhs – 4.5 lakhs per year
- Eligibility: A relevant experience of at least 1-2 years is preferred.
