Responsibilities
- Adherence to the current rich standard of code quality, testability, and commitment towards React Native best practices, including documentation.
- Contribute to the CI/CD of React Native Applications.
- Keep a close eye on recent developments in the react-native community and help keep our apps up to date with all the new changes.
- Craft the opportunity for reusable frameworks, toolkits that would be used across the board.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to get butter smooth performance.
- Ownership of the app’s performance, health matrix, and technical debt.
- Be a part of our hiring process and help us make it better.
- Ownership of product requirements and Tech OKRs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of mobile experience with at least 2+ years in React Native
- Comfortable with Apollo Server, Apollo Client, GraphQL, and its schema designing
- Work with Native modules (iOS and Android) whenever required.
- Navigate through unique and complex React Native issues and if required contribute to libraries themselves.
- Expertise in JavaScript with TypeScript
- A true believer in building performant, decoupled, and maintainable code in a functional way.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, react-testing-library).
- Pivot on an excellent degree of predictability (estimation, planning) in deliverables.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Drives productivity within the organization and makes sure processes and protocols are followed (JIRA, Confluence, Blogs, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
