Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong willingness to build a career in the IT Recruitment domain
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the recruitment process is an advantage
- Should possess good convincing and negotiation skills for scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates
- Conversant with IT Skills Sets (Microsoft / Java / Linux / Android / SAP / Database etc.)
- Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
Eligibility:
- Computer Science, Electrical/electronic engineering, IT Engineering 2021 & 2022 Pass outs
Location:
- Bangalore, Chennai and Vadodara
Duration:
2 – 3 Months
