Ireland Government Scholarship 2023:

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is pleased to issue the 2023 Call under the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme. Under the initiative 60 scholarships will be provided for one year study at Masters or PhD levels to successful candidates who have an offer of a place at an eligible Irish higher education institution.

The offer is open to students from non-EU/EEA countries and is applicable to all fields of study.

Eligibility Criteria for Ireland Government Scholarship 2023:

  • A citizen residing for consecutive 3 years outside EU or EEU or Switzerland or UK for past 5 years can apply.
  • Final year students of the undergraduate program can apply.
  • Master’s program students who had completed one year can apply.
  • Students who had completed one year of a Research Programme of 2-year masters can apply.
  • The students who had completed one year of Research Programme of 3 to 4 years PhD Programme can apply.
  • Candidates receiving an offer letter from the eligible Irish higher educational institutions can apply.
  • The students having an excellent record in all aspects (educational, personal, professional, and innovation) can apply.
  • The students having excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Candidates having the passion for participation in extracurricular activities can apply.
  • The students having a strong rationale for continuing their studies in Ireland can apply.

How to Apply for Study in Ireland on Scholarship 2023?

  • Candidates have to apply online through the online application portal.
  • The applicants first need an account on the official website.
  • You must possess a valid offer letter from an eligible Irish higher educational institute.
  • Must not exceed the word limit of each section of the application form.
  • Recommended to use a web browser through computers or laptops instead of mobile device for applying.
  • Results by 1 June 2023.
