Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan campaign execution to meet the needs of different levels, with a constant emphasis on streamlining processes and coordinating initiatives across the EMEA region. 
  • Safe deployment by interlocking with the EMEA development centre. 
  • Analyze, track, and improve merchandising and user experience at all touchpoints to provide best-in-class service. 
  • He will assist in the development of campaign preparation and implementation for the EMEA Public platform and related market segments (Tier 1). Business OSMs will adapt and cascade down certain campaigns in Rest or EMEA countries (Tier 2).
  • He’ll collaborate with: – OSM to capture consumer needs (weekly skews) and create cutting-edge campaign planning, which will include segments to meet consumers and segments goals. 
  • Gaming, Lenovo PRO, and Students Managers in EMEA to prepare campaigns for Tier 1 countries in conjunction with OSMs (offering and timing finetuning). Tier 2 campaigns will be cascaded and adapted.
  • 4P for supply constraints and surplus insights, allowing campaigns to be adjusted during their activation. 
  • The content team can take advantage of any related content created in other markets or regions. 
  • EMEA and local marketing departments to take advantage of local campaign programmes and coordinate with them. 
  • The analytics team will track the effectiveness of campaigns on a regular basis in order to fine-tune traffic, conversion, and AOV.
  • A hub to ensure smooth campaign execution and go-to-market with the assistance of OSMs/Segment managers. 
  • The Demand Generation team will ensure that the appropriate budget is in place to ensure the viability of public campaigns. 
  • A telesales unit is in charge of communicating important public campaigns.

Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge in MS Excel preferred
  • Good Communication Skills
  • 1+ year ecommerce experience.
