She focuses on advising, assisting, and representing well-renowned Indian, multi-national companies in a wide range of Company law matters, due diligence, Acquisitions and investment advisory, employment laws, contract laws, foreign-exchange laws, CSR, Data protection, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters, etc.
About the Opportunity
- The candidate would get exposure to research & compliance under corporate laws (Company Law, Foreign Exchange Laws, and Securities Laws).
Mode of Internship
- Work from office only.
Duration
- Internship for 3 months (minimum).
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants pursuing CS courses would be preferred.
Stipend
- Stipend will be paid.
