About the role:

As part of the User Research Team, you would be responsible forunearthing insights by speaking to our customers. These customer insights would thentranslate into directions and strategies for the business and help us serve our customersbetter.


  • 3 months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for facilitating, implementing and executing quantitative/ qualitativeresearch projects with supervision
  • Preparation of Research Documents- Plans/ Questionnaires/ Discussion Guidesand First Level Reports
  • Analyze and interpret the data to deliver actionable insights
  • Present and provide the findings to the relevant teams/ internal stakeholders to beable to create resolution plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Multilingual proficiency is a great addon
  • Have a basic knowledge of various research methodologies and techniques likesurveys, 1:1 interviews, group discussions
  • Experience in market research either agency/ client side for sometime is a plus
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in survey tools, MS Office
  • Have a passion for delving deep into the customer psychology and understandtheir key needs and how that translates into customer centric products andexperiences from our end

Educational Qualifications

  • Students from any field of study.
  • Preferred:Tier 1-2 MBA students; Humanities especially Psychology students
  • Preferred: can join in Office
