Chance Labs is an upskilling platform working towards bridging the gap between education and job experience. We are on a mission to create jobs of the future in upcoming sectors like Agri-tech, mobile commerce etc. for underserved communities of rural Bharat. About Apprenticeship Role
Apprenticeship program at Chance Labs is aimed to expose the candidate to a real world job environment. This role is tailor made for the students for effective transitioning from a classroom to a job.This program is designed for experiential learning to help candidates enter the job market with relevant experience.
Position: Operations Apprentice for Chance Labs
- Location: Remote
- Engagement: Part-time, 1 month
- Salary: 10000 INR/ month
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on ground activities and events
- Manage whatsapp communication channel
- Procuring communication collaterals, kits and other materials for event
- Helping to address candidate queries with core team members.

Job Description
- Create a research plan
- Gather information to elicit key insights by connecting with the community
- Analyse data and extract actionable takeaways for team to build on
- Write reports to capture insights
- Coordinating with partners to conduct research activities
- Engaging with design team to convert research insights into publishable documents
